Order Fulfillment
To ensure a fast and accurate order process, Cable Capture™ Online/TOG & Associates LLC has a minimum order amount of $12.49 excluding all taxes and shipping/handling charges. Our shopping cart functionality will alert you if you have not reached that minimum.
When you place an order with Cable Capture™ Online/TOG & Associates LLC you will immediately receive an invoice via email to the email address you supplied on the order form. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via email. When your order ships you will receive an email confirmation. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available.
All Orders will be processed and shipped within one business day. Orders received after 1 p.m. Eastern Time Friday, Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next business day. Therefore, if you place an order on Friday, your order will not be processed and shipped until Monday. Orders are delivered based on your local USPS service.

Shipping & Handling
Cable Capture™ Online/TOG & Associates LLC ships to addresses in all 50 States via USPS Priority Mail. Orders paid by American Express are sent "signature confirmation required." USPS Express Mail is available at added shipping/handling fees, please contact us in advance of ordering. Currently we fulfill and ship from the East Coast.
AT THIS TIME WE DO NOT SHIP TO CANADA OR ANY INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, personal checks and money orders. Payments received by personal check and money orders will be shipped after your check or money order has cleared our bank.
If you would like to place an order via check or money order, please send your payment along with your "Ship To" address and phone number to the address below. Don't forget to add the appropriate shipping and tax charges. (Please note: orders placed outside the state of California require no tax.)

A sales tax of 7.75% is added to all orders shipped to California addresses.
Return Policy
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for the amount of the items (not shipping charges) for any items that you are not completely happy with.
Items should be returned to Cable Capture™ Online/TOG & Associates LLC within 15 days of the shipping date unused and in perfect condition. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped to the following address:

We are not responsible for damages occuring during your return shipment so please insure your shipment.
We promptly credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation. When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then bill you for the new items and shipping when they are ready to ship.
